Shelly is a web developer who recently graduated from the web development program at the Boston-based Startup Institute. Prior to Startup Institute, Shelly worked as a remote Product Support Specialist for an engineering consulting firm while exploring new interests and goals from her new home on the beautiful Island of Hawaii.
In the past, Shelly worked as Business Analyst for Partners Healthcare, a Business Quality Assurance Analyst for Metlife, and a Business Process Support Specialist for Premier Research. Before kick-starting her career in the technology industry, Shelly attended Simmons College. While at Simmons she doubled majored in mathematics and computer science, and graduated in Spring of 2010.
Outside of the workforce, Shelly devoted her time to tutoring students at a local Boston high school through the partnership of Boston Partners. At this time, Shelly is seeking to advance her career in the tech industry where she can apply her passion, drive, knowledge and creativity.
